My visit to Wagyu-Ya on Chevron was excellent. The service staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness. 💯 The wagyu selection, including flank and finger cuts, was really good, though the overall food experience was slightly below perfection. 🥩 The ambiance of the restaurant provided a pleasant setting for dining. ✨ I recommend this establishment. 👍

Wagyu-ya is a real gem on the Gold Coast. You can enjoy authentic Kagoshima Wagyu at very reasonable prices. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’re in Japan. Quality is just so perfect. Side dishes, such as reimen, as well. Highly recommend! The restaurant is always busy, so a reservation is essential, but it’s well worth it. Service can be a bit inconsistent: some staff are incredibly efficient and kind, while others less so. If you’re lucky, the timing and service are perfect. We were fortunate on September 25th—the lady who served us that night was absolutely the best!

The best Japanese BBQ in gold coast if you desired for a quality food. Very good vibes overall. Price is mid to high level. Good for celebration.

If you're after a self cook meat fest, then this is your place. A selection of finely sliced meat, and choose your own thinly sliced veges. We had extras, kimchi and 🫛 🍚 Service is very good and the bbq plate is regularly cleaned as you eat, by the staff. The small black room could do with some artwork or greenery, but if you're dining with good friends the walls don't matter. A unique 'hole in the wall' type venue worthy of a try.

Something local and greatest dinner you can have around ✨️ It's an easy but cool style dining room. Service is great that in the end, you felt like they're really deserved the tips( for customer service) We had few cocktails / yusu soda is the best.
