Amazing food and even better service! Clarisa was so welcoming and helpful. Her service was unmatched and she made our night. While our trip in Melbourne was short Vapiano was a big highlight and we can not wait to come back!
We had an early dinner as we had a young toddler, so it was nice and quiet. With a friendly welcome, we were seated quickly. Happy hour is 4-6pm so we had a few share plates and cocktails. Kids meals are very reasonable and good portion size. There were a lot of staff at the time we got there but when I requested for something (cutlery, ordering a juice etc) it took the staff a bit of time to bring them so that was a bit disappointing. But overall, a great family friendly restaurant.
Had a wonderful lunch with a friend at Vapiano! The atmosphere was so friendly and inviting. A huge thanks to Camila, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our meal she truly made us feel welcome. I ordered the Pollo Rosso, and it was delicious; the flavors were perfectly balanced. Highly recommended for a chill meal with great service!
We loved our visit! The restaurant has a massive, open space with a super cool set-up - the edible basil plants on each table were such a fun touch. The food was incredible, with every flavour spot on. The kidsโ pizzas were absolutely adorable and a big hit. What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and so well-trained in customer service. They checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling intrusive. If we had to mention anything, it would only be that the food could have come out a little faster, but it was well worth the wait. Highly recommend - weโll definitely be back!
Stopped in to take advantage of the weekend โbottomless menuโ - for $59pp you get a starter, a main and as many set cocktails, beer or wine you can drink in a 2hr seating. The bruschetta starter was delicious.. fresh and light, full of flavour. The pasta was also delicious and the pizza was cooked well. The cocktail jug was very sweet and difficult to drink, the daiquiri was nice - I would probably go with the wine option on next visit. The decor was lovely.. the fresh basil on the tables was a lovely touch and the staff are MORE than welcoming! Definitely Recommend a visit!
