Hard to find somewhere in Townsville with both amazing service and food but Tide ticks all the boxes! Staff are amazing and it’s so nice to have somewhere that wants to find you a table instead of pushing you away.

We’ve had breakfast at Tide three mornings in a row during our four day stay in Townsville. Unfortunately our plane leaves at 6am in the morning, or we would’ve come back for a fourth time. The food is delicious, the menu options are great and the service is impeccable. We highly recommend this place.

I loved it the first time we went here but 2nd time was disappointing. Everything was over cooked, bacon was burnt and the sausage was pre-cooked and it tastes like a rubber.

Coffees were made really well. We enjoyed our breakfast too. Meals came out pretty quickly. There is indoor seating and outdoor seating. Options to choose from in the glass cabinet at the counter. There is also a cute little kids play area in the back corner. Will be going back soon!

Visited here two days in a row for breakfast and we enjoyed it each time. The lovely waiter always gave us the same great table each time. Try the waffles with banana and bacon... I loved them so much that I had them two days in a row, haha! The staff were friendly, the waiter particularly hospitable and charming, and the food delicious! 10/10
