I always get the vindaloo with beef or lamb. It's been fantastic everytime. The naan is delicious too. Their raita is great to cool it down a tad. They finely grate the carrot and cucumber in it. Great place.

Ordered the take-away meal deal online. Showed up half an hour after ordering online when the order was said to be ready. Restaurant has no record of the online order placed through their website. Had to wait longer to place a new order and wait for it to be ready. Mango chicken curry was chicken pieces floating in watered down soup. Pumpkin and eggplant curry seemed heated up and left over from the previous day. Soggy. Have had better takeaway Indian from the food court in Maroochydore

We have to give Tandoori Flames a five star rating in all 3 categories as the experience was authentic Indian, right down to the delightful accents & friendliness of the staff. Whilst we were not in a five star restaurant per se, we had a five star experience. We have been to India 4 times, but the flavours of Tandoori Flames dishes matched & bettered our food experiences over there. So, if you are looking for delicious, flavoursome Indian food, I don’t think you’ll find better on the Sunshine Coast. And by the way, the $15 lunch special is far and away better than anything you’ll get at McDonalds, Burger King or Kentucky Fried. So if you’re hungry and want a delicious quick meal at great value - go to Tandoori Flames restaurant, Birtwill St, Coolum Beach where there is plenty of parking 😊.

Incredible service and food!!! We love coming here. The food is so fresh and wholesome, the staff are vibrant and kind. Everything came out promptly and didn’t feel heavy after eating more than we needed to!! Definitely the best Indian in Coolum!!

Great value and excellent service, we really enjoyed the Goat Hariyala curry the starters, Onion Pakora and Tandoori Chicken Tikka we found a little average.
