TERRIBLE SERVICE! My online order was missing two items. I contacted them multiple times, but received no response whatsoever. I’ve been using their service for years, and this is truly disappointing. I’m cancelling my membership.

Sadly the customer service at SCOM is terribly bad. The website is faulty and I wait for a reply which never comes. This is the third time in as many months trying to make an order, and silence when seeking help. Do not recommend!

If I could give zero stars for the quality of meat, I would. Purchased your lamb loin chops at an exorbitant cost per kg, but thought to give them a try. Wasted $85, tough as a leather boot and it wasn’t lamb, it was mutton. If I wanted to chew all night, I would have bought gum. Don’t waste your money, coles has better chops. And to prove that hubby didn’t overcook, he cooked them to perfection.

This butcher is by far the best organic butcher I’ve visited (and I believe it’s officially the largest organic butcher in Australia). The quality of the beef—grass-fed, 100% MRNA and Bovear-free, as well as Wagyu—is exceptional. Their lamb and chicken are also top-notch, all certified organic. They offer a fantastic range of unique and ethically sourced products, such as crocodile, venison, kangaroo, and rabbit, which you won’t find just anywhere. The staff are always welcoming, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I won’t be going back to Woolworths or Coles for my meat again if I can help it. This place has completely set the bar for me

This is a go to place for Organic Meat. All top quality and never disappointed. Just off the motorway at Forest Glen. Since the motorway works been done, is now a good run up Bruce Highway. They also sell things like milk and deli stuff. So please go and visit them. They also do delivery down to Brisbane as well. So please check out their website.
