Honestly solid especially if you’re aiming for a high protein meal. I got the tuna avocado and it was decently flavourful. My only critique is that there wasn’t much crunch - soft potatoes, soft tuna, soft avocado.

Potatoes are a known superfood - full of Vitamin C and a complete protein. SpudBAR also have a sweet potato option (full of Vitamin A, but damn just eat a carrot instead). It's great to have such a healthy food option in Central Melbourne, in between all the burger joints, bubble tea stands, Italian and Asian restaurants, and sushi trains (unhealth - high in sodium and will give you beri beri if you eat too much!). Budget friendly - SpudBowl's Classic Bowl is $11.90. I love all the cute potato themed knick knacks they have in store, like Mr Potato Head. They should sell some of their merch - lie their Potato logo T-shirts.

We got the Moroccan bowl and Burrito bowl, and we both loved our meal! The portion sizes were really good (my friend ate her whole bowl, i only ate half my bowl because I wasnt as hungry). The service was very fast, and they made sure I was ok with everything on the bowl and that i got any extras if i wanted. Overall, very good experience, and the food was absolutely delectable (at a very good price point i might add).
