I had a best experience with package for body scrub, massage and facial and I was impressed . My treatments were performed by therapist who is amazing! She is professional and highly skilled at what she does. All staff seemed intent on giving me a good experience and relax. They also offered me delicious tea throughout my treatments.

This place completely ruined my New Year trip. I booked a 6:00 pm appointment specifically with a particular therapist and planned my schedule around it. Upon arrival, the receptionist suddenly told me that the therapist was unavailable and asked me to accept another one. They apologized and said they would check in after 15 minutes to see if the massage was okay, and promised a refund if I was not satisfied. However, no one ever came to check on me during the session. Before the massage even started, I clearly requested a 20-minute foot massage and confirmed this twice — once at reception and once directly with the therapist. Despite this, the foot massage was completely skipped. When I questioned this afterward, all I received was a vague apology, with no real accountability. The massage itself was extremely unprofessional. The therapist applied excessive oil but did not properly work on the muscles. There was no technique — just brute force. I had to repeatedly ask for the pressure to be adjusted from too strong to gentler, which completely broke any chance of relaxation. When I spoke with the manager, the response was shocking. Instead of addressing the issues, I was asked why I did not stop the massage midway. The manager claimed that a refund would only have been possible if I had stopped the massage before it ended, which makes no sense. As a customer, I should not be blamed for trying to endure a service I had already paid for, especially after being reassured that someone would check on me. They later offered a free 20-minute foot massage if I returned, but as a traveler, that was unrealistic and meaningless. I came here trusting the positive reviews, but this was the worst massage experience I have ever had. Instead of relaxing, I left frustrated and angry. This experience genuinely spoiled what should have been a joyful New Year holiday, and I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this place.

Excellent massage for me. Very nice welcome from reception, great massage choices. Liem, my massage therapist was very attentive to my needs. I really enjoyed every minute of the seance. I’ve been travelling for the last 3 months and have tried a few spa across Indonesia and Australia. This one was the best by far I highly recommend them.

Very comfortable, I accidentally fall asleep into it, it’s a really nice recovery and relaxation especially after the stress for exams…Will def comeback
