Went to ruby for ordering take away, just the chicken and vegetable, the guy told me to wait for 20-25 mins but finally I’ve been waiting for 45 mins. I understand you are busy but I don’t understand why people come much later than me but they’ve got the food already. If you can’t get food ready on time, just let people know and don’t waste others time!
