Absolutely stunning. Everything cooked to perfection and every taste exactly what I didn't know I needed. Dishes were procured selections of few ingredients delivered creatively, with exciting twists, and extremely fresh. Everything from the starters to share plates to cocktails combined to make an afternoon I didn't want to end.
If this isnโt the best restaurant in Perth right now Iโd be amazed. The chef is a genius, service is flawless and the wine / cocktail list is extensive. I cannot remember the last time Iโve eaten such high quality food.
We visited Pearla to celebrate a birthday and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring our evening was filled with impeccable service from start to finish. Their food recommendations were spot on and did not disappoint in the slightest. The dishes arrived promptly, and the flavours of each meal continued to impress us throughout the night. When we ordered cocktails, we asked staff to surprise us, which was such a fun touch and made the evening even more special. We couldnโt recommend Pearla highly enough.
We visited Pearla & Co last night for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The ambience is beautiful, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Parker, Jackson, and the other waitstaff who attended to us were attentive and genuinely made our evening feel extra special. We ordered the fish and chips, snapper for mains, with a side of frites and heirloom tomatoes. Every dish was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Weโll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great seafood and excellent service!
Pearla & Co has been put together with real care. The design is sharp and distinctive, with thoughtful details everywhere you look. The food is impressive โ oysters lifted by the houseโfermented chilli drizzle, tender grilled octopus, and a clean, finely balanced scallop carpaccio with finger lime. The swordfish cotoletta was a highlight: beautifully cooked and full of flavour. The wine list is well chosen, and the cocktails show genuine creativity. Even the more unusual combinations โ banana vodka with strained yoghurt โ are superb (I only ordered out of curiosity. Wow!) Like any new restaurant, itโs still finding its rhythm with staffing, but the foundations are strong. Pearla & Co feels like a place that will only get better, and itโs already well worth a return visit.
