The gnocchi class was so informative and entertaining. Loved the hands on experience and really enjoyed the flavours. My family made the gnocchi the very next week for dinner. Pasta making classes are so much fun to experience and the way they are delivered is so infectious you want to add it to a regular meal at home! We have now done the fettuccine and the gnocchi classes.

Monica and Briant, you are both hosts. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon, you are both very entertaining and knowledgeable in gnocchi making, sauce and wine pairing as well as great instructors. The event was full of laughter and fun.

Have done this twice now and had so much fun each time. The pasta is delicious (the Ricotta Gnocchi even better), the way that Mon and Bri share is outstanding and the people you get to meet are wonderful. It is a beautiful, fun thing to do and could not recommend it more highly. Book fast when you see the classes come up because they are POPULAR! As they should be!!

My daughter and I have now attended our 4th class - we do one a year for her birthday. We love going. Learning new things, meeting like minded foodie people, and generally having fun. Thanks Mon & Bri

This was a unique and fun way to spend a Saturday a/n, met new people, learnt a new cooking skill and got to eat my creation while enjoying a glass of vino and having plenty of laughs. Highly recommended.
