The food is genuinely delicious and tastes fresh. The okonomiyaki is a particular favourite, as well as the chicken karaage udon. Pricing is very comfortable for what you're getting and the service has always been friendly and efficient. I only wish the location allowed for a bit more privacy/separation as it can get pretty loud when the rest of the food court is busy. The restaurant itself is nice, though. Few different types of seating to offer you some choice. I've also had delivery from this place and the packaging is fantastic. Always feels premium to get delivery from them. If you order ramen, they separate the broth from the rest of the ingredients so that it doesnt get soggy before it reaches you.

High ratings? Worst Donburi I ever had. Chicken cold and rubbery. Had two bites and binned it. Was takeaway but sat in near the restaurant.

Food and service has really gone down hill of late. Don’t know what changed but it used to be a lot better. Won’t go there anymore, the last 3 Ramens I have had the broth has been luke warm to cool, and all the other ingredients cold except for hot noodles. And 25+ minute wait. No more chances
