We stopped by Moment Patisserie and were seriously impressed! We tried the Hokkaido cake, Dubai chocolate cake, pineapple mochi, and lychee roll cake all delicious, but the Hokkaido cake absolutely stole the show. Light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweetness. The flat white was smooth and perfectly balanced, pairing beautifully with the cakes. And the matcha was spot-on rich, earthy, and not too bitter. Such a charming spot at the heart of Northbridge elegant treats, cozy vibe, and friendly service. Can’t wait to come back for another slice (or three). 😋

The staff are always polite, friendly and welcoming. They greet you with a smile, remember your order and make you feel like a valued customer every single time. Even during the busy hours, the service is consistently excellent. The team stays patient and attentive, making sure everyone is looked after. They are happy to explain the menu, accommodate requests and always serve with genuine warmth. The coffee and food are always great, and I also always purchase friends’ and family’s birthday cakes from here because they are beautiful and delicious. What really keeps me coming back is the atmosphere. It is the kind of place where you can relax, work or catch up with friends, knowing you will always be treated kindly. This café has become my daily go-to not just for the quality of what they serve but because of the people who put so much care into making every visit a pleasant one. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great coffee, amazing cakes and a genuinely welcoming experience. 💖💕

The chestnut cake was nice - both cake and cream was not overly sweet. Drinks looked great, but I barely tasted taro and matcha. No greeting and smiles when the staff took orders and served. Would be better if they welcome customers.

Fabulous and cute little cafe and patisserie! I found this lovely place completely by accident in a warm Sunday afternoon. Who knew that Iced matcha with coconut water can be such an amazing combination? I definitely will try it again. The cakes at the cabinet looked amazing! The owner was so honest and fair when asked about the time of her baking that I truly admire her work ethics. I honestly trust anything I get from this place. The cafe makes your inner child quite happy:) the birthday vibe of the decorations makes you wish to celebrate yours regardless of your age in this place. Absolutely recommend this place to catch up with your inner child!
