Excellent service and great value for money, but I would think they should add some air conditioning to attract more people. Appx $20-$25 for each person with a burger and drink

Went to celebrate my sisters birthday and the food was amazing as well as the quick service, would definitely recommend to others and would even be back as well. Thanks MIlkylane staff 🫶

A friend took me there to buy me a birthday lunch and when we arrived there was almost nobody there, except for a table full of young guys. The short foreign attend, whom we could hardly understand because of his thick accent, told us to sit wherever, very helpful. When he took our drink orders, I asked for my thickshake to be made with light milk, because of my stomach disorder, he laughed, and said, we only use real milk here. When the food came, the fries were dry and hard and where over-spiced, and my burger was stuffed with fries as well. I hate when a restaurant does that. It shows lack of imagination. My friends burger, though tasty looking, was large. When he asked the short attendant for a plate to deconstruct the burger, he laughed again and said we were weird, we don't have plates! Of course, how silly of us, to ask for a plate in a restaurant! So overall first impression of this place, mediocre, at best. Will never go back.

We came to Cairns Milky Lane last night (4/11/25) for my husbands birthday, the staff (as always) went above and beyond to make our experience amazing and make my husband feel special on his day. This is nothing new though, no matter what staff members are on the customer service is amazing! And ofc food is always 👌

Burger was really good (I jad the chick kanye and my son had the .milky lane)..mozzarella patty was greasy and chewy though so don't recommend that. Got loaded fries as well.. they were good but had hardly any cheese or bacon on them so paid a lot for fries and gravy. Milkshake and mojito was good too.
