Hands down the best Butcher i have ever set foot in. The selection is unbelievable, the uniform and presentation is old school and stylish. And lastly the staff such as Paul, Craig and Louise are absolutely amazing. Super helpful, answered any annoying questions we had about Keto products and just super friendly. You know your in a great business when the staff make an effort to remember your names. So good to know your supporting local, especially 4th Generation. Cheers Brad.

Without a doubt best butcher shop in Cairns. Large selection of the best quality steaks, sausages, deli meats, homemade pies, roasts, absolutely everything you could ever need. The friendliest staff you will ever meet, and they love feedback on their products and even inform you about new products on the way. If you havent already been to Marsh butchery you are missing out and need to get there asap.

I’m not normally a fan of rissoles/burgers because of the chunks of onion and other things, but we had yours on the bbq last night and they were 10/10!. By far the best in Cairns.

We always try and find a good butchers when we go somewhere new. This one, I saw a sign going to Pt Douglas saying best sausages in Queensland. So we just had to try them. We weren't disappointed. There were so many varieties. We found out it was the 4th generation family business. There were so many friendly staff members, so you didn't have to wait very long to be served.There were also many different chutneys and sauces that you could buy. Some meat was wrapped in single portions, for people who wanted to buy roasts for one person. We will be going back as we highly recommend them and love the old-fashioned butcher shops. Chicken breasts were not cleaned properly, there was so much fat that I had to discard, I didn’t really expect it from one of “the best butchers” in town. I haven’t had this issue with other butchers so I guess I won’t return here for sure. You can do better than this.
