One of the best meals in Melbourne. The toothfish and the congee fried rice were standout. And the scallops. Herbert was amazing and made the night 10/10. Couldn’t recommend more.

Nina’s service was really good! She made us feel really comfortable - GO NINA!!! The food was so delicious - highly recommend the prawn toast and the crispy eggplant!!

We had a wonderful dinner here tonight! The food was absolutely delicious — especially the prawn toast, baby cucumber, the Peking duck, and Jasmine rice dessert, which were all outstanding. The service was excellent as well. Nina took great care of us and made the experience even better with her warm and attentive service. Highly recommend this restaurant, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

If I can give this place 7 stars I would happily acquiesce to my restrained giddiness. From the moment we stepped in what was a typically miserable Melbourne day and into the warmth nee bosom of L F H we fell in love. The restaurant itself had a genuine and welcoming ambience. The food was some of the best I’ve had and we travel all over the world for fine dining over the last 20-30 years. Our waitress for the evening was the incomparable Lawrence 12/10. She felt like she was part of our group. We talked, we laughed then talked some more. Great spirit and wished that all waitressing staff were like Lawrence!!! Vote 1 for Lawrence. Definitely back again!!!!

Wonderful service from the start till the end. Flavours were spot-on and the cucumber snack was definitely a highlight - mostly hits and no misses! Was celebrating my birthday as a solo diner and really appreciated all the small gestures and compliments that were generously provided during my meal. Kudos to the team!
