This is by far the worst food quality I have ever experienced. Food at this level belongs in the trash, not on a customerโs plate. The โvegetablesโ inside the sushi were barely recognizable as vegetables. The salad was made with wilted, old greens, clearly not fresh. The prawn in the bento sushi was extremely unpleasant with a strange smell, and the salmon was dull and lifeless ๏ผobviously not fresh. After eating this, I can only hope my stomach does not suffer any consequences.Basic food safety standards were clearly ignored. Do you really feel no shame serving food like this to paying customers? I will never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before eating here.
Great value and taste. Friendly staff and the bento box was huge. I can eat and left so full and satisfied.
Wow.. I forgot how good this place is! We came for a table on Monday night. It was nearly full, so highly recommend you book a table if more than two people. Service was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had the spicy ramen. I love a good ramen and this is one of the top ones in Hobart, highly recommend. The broth had a good amount of spice and depth and the chicken cooked perfectly. My partner had the Bento, so huge and an amazing assortment of sushi, katsu, salad and other delights. We also had the tempura which was amazing, the batter so light and crispy. Will be back with the kids!
Absolutely loved our visit to Komatsu Japanese Cuisine in Hobart. The sushi rolls were fresh and beautifully presented, the sashimi was delicate and fresh tasting, and the black garlic ramen was one of the best Iโve ever had, with noodles that were perfectly firm yet tender. Great quality, highly recommend.
When looking for delicious ramen and Japanese food in Hobart, look no further. This family-ran restaurant is cozy and has amazing food. The ramen is really delicious and has great flavours. I do recommend to make a reservation, as they get busy in the evenings.
