Hobart Coffee Roasters is a fantastic local spot with a warm, friendly vibe. The eggs benedict is excellent and the coffee is consistently very good. You’ll see a real mix of customers here – cyclists, tradies, office workers and tourists – with plenty of loyal repeat regulars. It can get busy during peak times, but that just adds to the lively atmosphere and shows how popular it is. Well worth a visit.

Excellent quality and value pourover ($7!) and fantastic sourdough & gluten-free toasties. Great friendly barista that took the time to explain the pourover too - obvious that he takes pride in the coffee ☕️

Hobart Coffee Roasters Great location with good food and really good coffee. Definitely a nice spot to stop by while exploring the city. Just be aware they only have a few seats available, so during busy hours you’ll need a bit of luck to find a place to sit. Overall, well worth a visit.

A busy little place. The service was superb, we loved the pastries, and the coffee was great too. Really convenient if you’re down at the wharfs waiting for a coach tour.
