That Ham!!! Wow.. Bought 3 days prior to Xmas 25, 10kg full leg, low heat, low smoke 2 hrs on the Weber ..absolutely best ham ever!! Well worth the $18 kg 10th January now, just sliced rest up , been mauled every day but kept in vinegar soaked bag . Still in top shape. Well done on a superior product guys. See ya next yr Nom nom

Great butcher! Great produce and great value. Their sausages are top quality and half the price of just about all other butchers. Everything from sausages, burgers chops and steaks to meat pies and small goods you can't go wrong here. The frozen potato scallops are really good too.
