I absolutely love my weekly Spanish classes at El Patio, they’re the highlight of my week! The school is very well organised, and it’s easy to arrange catch-up lessons whenever I can’t attend my regular class. There are many wonderful teachers, but my favourite is Beatriz! Her classes are always full of fun, positive energy, and I come out of every lesson feeling energised and inspired. I’ve also attended a few catch-up lessons with Isidro and really enjoyed his clear and engaging teaching style. The staff are all kind and helpful, especially Phil, the school manager. El Patio is such a welcoming and vibrant place to learn Spanish. I highly recommend it!

What an organisation! El Patio is truly a school/business who puts their students first. Being a little older in years trying to learn a new language is far from an easy task. Student communication is prompt and helpful. El Patio are happy for you to attend any extra classes more than once if needed and have a great student portal with all you need to revise sessions and check out upcoming events. I personally 'HIGHLY' recommend this school if wanting to learn a language such as Spanish :-) Well Done El Patio!

El Patio is fantastic!! I only planned on recommencing a couple of classes there in the CBD, to brush up on my Spanish before my most recent trip to Chile 🇨🇱. However, I enjoyed the classes with my new teacher (Jelitza) so much, that I am still doing them now, months after that Chile trip! Her classes, along with the group of students I'm with in those sessions, are fun, challenging, very interactive, and with her clever addition of some light-heartened Spanish games to break the sessions up a bit, I feel I am constantly engaged in her classes! I've also had other really good teachers from Spain, Mexico, Argentina and Colombia with El Patio previously too :) 10/10 for me, for El Patio, as a fun, engaging way to learn the fundamental structures of the Spanish language quickly and effectively :)

El Patio is fantastic 😭😭 I’ve been in classes for almost two semesters now and been in three different classes: two rapidos and one regular :) both are fantastic options: rapidos are great for a more intensive and fast learning experience, while the regular classes are relaxed and give you time to consolidate ideas. It has been particularly good when you have a class of a reasonable size :) I haven’t had a bad experience with my teachers, both have been just the friendliest and really care about their students’ learning experiences. Really excited to continue my Spanish learning with el Patio!!

I love learning Spanish at El Patio! I've been at the school for almost four years now and I really enjoy the weekly classes. All the teachers are fabulous, especially Isidro, as are the school staff. There's a great mix of grammar, conversation, listening and writing exercises in class and it's always fun. El Patio sends your homework to you if you miss a class and they send newsletters to keep you updated on Spanish related activities around Melbourne. I would highly recommend El Patio as a great place to learn Spanish.
