Only had time to pop in for a coffee but the menu looks appealing so hope to return. Nice coffee and smoothie. Friendly and efficient service. Lovely outlook from the outdoor deck. It was quite busy at 10am Friday so was a bit difficult to find a table but still had a good vibe.

There are no cakes. While I love muffins because they let you eat cakes for breakfast, these were the closest to a cake I could see. For a place that names itself as a cake shop, there are no cakes. As a cake lover, I was very disappointed. If you are a cake lover like me, don't make my mistake expecting a wide range of gourmet cakes. The staff were good, the atmosphere was great, they do a great business with lots of locals enjoying their morning catch up. I don't know how they cope with there being no cakes though. Again, I was so disappointed there were no cakes.

Range & food quality were good but struck a problem with service. Ordered poached eggs with toast & side of smoked salmon. Order came out with fried eggs so I pointed out the error. Wait person was not happy. When the correct meal came out the poached eggs had not been drained resulting in lots of water on the plate, soaking the toast. Obviously trying to discourage complaints?

🌈 Came for the coffee, stayed for the view — and made a new friend (shoutout to Larry the seagull 🐦). The steak sandwich? Absolute beast. Chips? Golden like the rainbow. 10/10 would get stared at by a bird again while munching fries. 👀🍔

Great place for a coffee, breakfast, and cakes. Bacon and egg roll was on a massive bun with heaps of bacon, great stuff. The Hot Mess that my partner had was also very good, perfect for vegetarians. Coffee was great. Didn't have room for cakes, but they looked super fresh and yummy. Will come back another day for morning or afternoon tea. The cafe's position is also very nice, opposite a great park and not far from the beach. Definitely recommended!!
