Awesome steak awesome wine. Sabines first time having snails, no disappointment. Our host was sassy and delight. The waiters were hustling. Love and respect.
A really great French restaurant with generous portions. The snails were delicious, and the duck parfait was definitely my favorite. Iโll definitely be coming back again!
Came here twice now for lunch and dinner and both times were amazing. The service is friendly and attentive. They check in to see if everything is alright and how the meals are going, but not so often that it becomes annoying. The food was amazing, we tried: โข Escargots 5/5, tender and flavoursome โข Duck parfait 5/5, smooth and strong โข Pork rillette 4/5, just needed a touch of salt โข Duck ร lโorange 5/5, the duck was tender and the sauce was beautifully sweet โข Steak tartare 4.5/5, had this twice and it was very good. Could use a few more pickles on the side as there was only 1 cornichon and 1 small picked onion halved โข Eye fillet steak, cooked perfectly to the requested doneness โข Crรจme brรปlรฉe, smooooooth The only thing I found a bit odd was how they advertise two or three courses, but there is actually no discount for choosing those options
Bon Ap' Petit Bistro transports you to the heart of a charming Parisian restaurant, right here in Fitzroy. The ambience is delightful, perfect for a relaxing get-together or a romantic dinner. We indulged in a few dishes, and each reflected classic French cooking with a refined touch. The steak and lamb shoulder were flavourful, cooked with care to a tender finish and thoughtfully garnished. The fish of the day was fresh and delicious. For dessert, the chocolate fondant and pistachio cake were a satisfying end to the meal. Beyond the food, the service was attentive and warm, adding to the overall experience. The wine list complements the menu well, offering a solid selection.
Beautiful little restaurant with friendly staff and amazing food. Their French onion soup and cream burlee really impressed me. Seafood lover please don't miss their fish of the day. Highly recommend everyone stop by and try it.
