Went for Christmas lunch and was very disappointed. The portion sizes were ridiculously small — my main course had just two pieces of ravioli, and even the starter bread was shared between three people. We were still hungry afterwards and had to go to McDonald’s. Despite clearly stating that I am vegetarian, I was initially served crab meat ravioli. The manager corrected it and made a vegetarian version, which I appreciate, but that doesn’t make up for the overall experience. Poor value, unsatisfying food, and not worth it. won’t be going back.

A fantastic find on the waterfront in Kingston with excellent service, delicious & beautifully presented dishes. We ate the dessert too quickly so didn’t get a photo but the chocolate parfait was imaginative and delightful. My main was a wonderful combination of perfectly cooked barramundi with butter & citrus flavours. The other was pork belly cooked to a crispy perfection. We will be back.

I went to Black & Salt Dining yesterday for dinner and honestly had a great time. The place has a really nice vibe - clean, cosy, and modern. The staff were friendly and checked on us just the right amount, not too much and not too little. The food was amazing. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked perfectly. The presentation was good, and the portion sizes were also spot on. We didn’t have to wait long for anything, which made the whole experience even better. We really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend Black & Salt Dining to anyone looking for good food and a relaxed atmosphere. I’d happily go back again.

Went to Black Salt Dining for dinner and had a good overall experience. The Frito Misto was definitely the highlight – super crispy, fresh, and packed with flavour. The Pork Belly was just okay – not bad, but didn’t stand out either. Service was friendly enough, and everything came out on time without any issues. The space has a nice, modern feel to it, and the vibe was relaxed. Worth a visit if you're nearby and feel like something a bit nicer without going too fancy.
