Laksa is the must order item Not too sweet and spicy, comfortable flavour "Teh cham" - tea mix with coffee Must try, totally remind me the same drink we are having in hk so called "鴛鴦“ And the way they do the tea is amazing, u can drink the bitter and smooth at the same time Already recommended to two of my fd in darwin ❤️ Finished all the soup is a compliment to the chef 🤤yum

For Darwin standards, the food is considered authentic Malaysian food 5/5 Not halal, but you can ask for no pork. Doesn't take long from order to serving, about 10mins, they don't have bain Marie, all dishes are made to order, hence the waiting time 4/5 They use real cermaic plates for dine in 5/5 The serve cold water and glass cups 5/5 The place is clean, good layout. But it's greasy, not the best exhaust, your clothes smell like oil afterwards. Plenty of parking, outside toilets 3/5 They do catering and delivery. Prices are standard for Darwin. Extra charge for cards.

Best Malaysian food in Darwin. The owner is from Klang, Malaysia and they have weekly special on Wed-Sat. Huge portion, tasted like a home cooked food. I dont feel thirsty after eating here, so i guess they go easy on the MSG. I tried mee hoon kueh, mee goreng, apam balik and kopi peng. All are delicious and affordable. This is my favourite go to now ! 😊

My partner has a very punishing rating process and rarely gives a dish more than a 6 or 7, so I was shocked when he took one sip of the laksa broth at Ahma Rasa Cafe and declared it was a 9…no, a 9.5! This is a we-mean-business kind of family run operation. Lovely staff, clean restaurant area and exceptional food.

Have had one of the best nasi lemak in town! Fried chicken was flavorful with fragrant spices, sambal has just the right amount of spice and the staffs were very wonderful to top things off. Came back today to try the weekly special prawn noodles and the lady was kind enough to offer me a second serving of broth for free! 🥰
